Project pre-crawler is designed to have the best of all the offroad worlds !! We wanted a daily driver that was fast enough to rock race , twisty enough to crawl with the buggy boys , and comfy enough to take the ol' lady out hee-hawin on friday night !!
	We started with a 1985 4-runner because ... well I had one laying around !! From the start I new I wanted it short ! Super short !! With a big tire !! And flexy !! Oh Yea I wanted a big kick ass stereo and AC !!! Thats not to much to ask for ...right !!
	To keep it low and to help make room for the big rubber I steped up the the Ivan Stuart glass fender and hood !! Very cool ... We of course bobbed the bed 13" and moved the rear end forward and cut the floor pan out of the rear !
	We designed a trick little 4-link for the rear end and put a secret set of custom air shocks on it !! We custom built an interior cage that would house our new fuel cell and help to mount our air shocks !! We had a nasty little 231 buick v-6 sitting around so we through it in there and added some howell fuel injection to it !! A MSD ignition and ping contol rounded out the engine bay ! A th350 and a set of trailtamer 4.7 gears help to motivate or Toyota !
	Afront and rear detroit locked 5.29 geared Toyo axles and a set of 30 spline 300m longfeilds keep everything spinning all the time !!
